JUNIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Junior Electrical Engineer to expand our team. The candidate will become an integral part of a highly specialized team and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing renewable energy solutions.

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate is going to carry out the following tasks:
- Preparing and managing requests for connection quotes for wind, photovoltaic, and battery storage systems.
- Designing and drafting single-line electrical diagrams for MV/HV systems and evaluating electrical performance through voltage drop calculations.
- Participating in the design of electrical substations and connection infrastructures, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Collaborating with the technical team in drafting project documentation and coordinating with entities and technology providers.
- Advanced use of AutoCAD to develop technical drawings and support project specification definitions.
- Monitoring the design phases to ensure compliance with deadlines and company quality standards.
- Performing other duties related to the role as required.
The candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in renewable energy sectors (wind, photovoltaic, storage, etc.) or industrial electrical design.
- Educational Background: Degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering, or Industrial Technician.
- Technical Expertise:
- Experience in drafting connection requests (STMG or TICA).
- Design of single-line diagrams and voltage drop calculations.
- Design and sizing of user substations in medium and high voltage (MV/HV), specifically at 30 kV, 36 kV, and 150 kV.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced use of AutoCAD and PvSyst.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage work, information, and data efficiently, prioritize tasks, and strictly meet deadlines.
- Personal Qualities: Flexible, positive, proactive, team-oriented, and passionate about career development.
- Communication Skills: Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with the company.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in PC usage, MS Office (or similar), and general digital tools and applications.
- Availability for Travel: Willingness to undertake short business trips across Italy.
